Our Client, a highly regarded and successful firm with offices in Wiltshire are currently seeking two additional Family lawyers, one in Chippenham and one in Devizes.
This is a permanent role and is offered on a full time basis, with part time considered.
The Family team is highly skilled in various methods of dispute resolution including collaborative practice, round-table meetings, represented mediation and, when required, contested court proceedings.
Advocacy is encouraged, with tactical and negotiating skills being a major strength. Team members mentor and support one another to ensure maximum professional development.
You will take over an existing mixed caseload of divorce and separation cases involving both financial elements and children matters.
The finance work includes high value cases, pensions, businesses, investments, property portfolios, cohabitation disputes and nuptial agreements alongside cases where needs are the driving factor.
The children cases range from child arrangement disputes to international relocation, among many other areas where clients benefit from the firm’s expert advice and guidance.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the department and wider firm in a number of ways including writing articles, participating in marketing campaigns and social media activities.
Applications are welcomed from qualified Family lawyers (NQ up to 5 years PQE) that have a broad experience in family law and are confident in handling a caseload independently with support. In addition, candidates should have the following skills:
