Gillies Recruitment Ltd was set up to rival larger agencies by offering a more personal service, being available at all times, allowing candidates to get through to a real person whenever needed and absolutely never using automated emails or Applicant Tracking Systems.

All CVs and enquiries are handled in person and in depth to make sure that if you are not suitable for one role, you are considered for other similar positions. We will get to know you, what your work experiences have been, what type of company you want to work for and what is important to you in a job.

We will keep you up to date with your application’s progress, offering you top rate interview prep and we will be with you every step of the way. We will negotiate your contract, salary and terms to make sure that your next role is perfect for you.

We know and work with staff in lots of law firms and can give an honest view of what the culture and working environment is like with these companies so that we can match your needs to companies that can realistically meet them with regards to support and career progression.

For law firms, we work with clients that understand that we offer fewer, but more relevant and talented candidates that adequately meet their staffing requirements. We will never send bulk CVs to fill a role.

Gillies Recruitment are recruiting!

We are seeking experienced legal recruitment consultants to join our team to work on a portfolio of over 120 purely legal roles. We have a client base of 90+ across the UK and require applicants that are confident and capable in legal recruitment and ideally have experience in all legal disciplines to include conveyancing, family, private client, commercial, immigration, employment, litigation etc.

We are a small, but rapidly expanding company based in Norwich. In a year and a half we have grown from 3 clients to over 90 due to fantastic referrals and our reputation in the legal market. We are often referred between firms and we also have lots of great, five star candidate reviews. We offer a friendly and personal service, we’re flexible and really get to know our clients and candidates.

This role is offered as a work from home position, therefore you must be motivated and able to work remotely. I will of course provide all the support you need and will be available at all times to offer help and guidance/training where required.

This is a commission only role, but a competitive rate of 70% of all of your billings is offered to the right candidate.
